This product is warranted as being free from defects for its life, provided that is has not been abused, modified or misused. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser. To Claim under this warranty, the product should be returned to the place of purchase with proof of purchase. You are responsible for the costs associated with returning this product, unless Shinn Fu Australia Pty Ltd agrees otherwise. If in the advent of an expense claim associated with this warranty, please submit details and proof of expense for consideration to Shinn Fu Australia Pty Ltd. If after assessment, we find that the product is faulty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product free of charge. The benefits of this warranty are in addition to your rights and remedies under the Australia Consumers Law or other applicable laws. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
